During this ceremony which his Excellency Mr. Saad Khan, President of ECI also participated, all the distinguished researchers of the works and thoughts of Mr. Naser Gholi Sarli such as his Excellency Mr. Bayer M.F, First Secretary of the Embassy of Turkmenistan, and Dr. Ali Rahbar, Director Manager of the Art and Cultural Institute of Turkmenistan, Dr. Naser Gholi Sarlei, Professor of Language and literature Department of Kharazmi University, and Dr. Ali Reza Habibi, Deputy Head of Cultural Arts, while  read the poems of this great Turkmen poet, they talked in detail about Turkmen classic works and then unveiled the book called: "Youth, the supporters of the homeland" written by his Excellency  Berdimuhamedow, President of the Turkmenistan.

 During this ceremony, the participants got acquainted with the efforts made by the Turkmen government to preserve the eternal heritage of this Turkmen Poet and it was announced that this year slogan is: “MakhtoMoghli Faraghi , the Ocean of Knowledge and Wisdom”. Meanwhile it was announced that certain events shall be held on 2024 regarding this poet.

In continuation of this ceremony, the participants discussed about continues cultural activities between the Embassy of Turkmenistan and ECI and in this regard the both sides emphasized on the importance of cooperation and interactions between the two sides within the framework of international organizations.
