ECI (ECO Cultural Institute) in cooperation with the Society for the Appreciation of Cultural Works and Dignitaries (SACWD) will be hosting a commemoration ceremony entitled "Saadi's Treasure" on Monday to celebrate Saadi, one of the giants of classic Persian poetry and literature.
According to the Media Department of ECI, this event will be held on Monday, April 22, in the international conference hall of ECO Cultural Institute, to be participated by professors, scholars and researchers from ECO countries.
It is noteworthy that Saadi has written the greatest Ghazals (love poems) of Persian literature and is the author of numerous works. Among these, Bustan and Gulistan enjoy immense popularity among both the elite and the general public.
